From Sydney, Australia, I love yoga, dance and meditation.
I am a Chartered Accountant who understands the stress of the workplace and how meditation can sharpen focus. I practiced kirtan in Byron Bay, zen meditation in Tokyo, and mindfulness in New York.
A member of the International Yoga Alliance and the Australian Teachers of Meditation Australia with over 110 hours of teacher training experience in meditation and 200 hours for vinyasa yoga.
In my classes I welcome 'failure' in getting a dance move wrong, losing your balance in an asana or thinking during meditation. Come and join me and give it a go!
I’m studying Law/ Arts, Majoring in Social Justice and Minoring in Politics and International Relations. I'm studying, working, interning, volunteering and socialising, and I know what it is to need some peace in my life. That’s why I teach meditation.
Meditation helps to return balance and perspective to our daily living. It helps us to declutter our minds. If you feel your body and soul prompting you to find greater peace and balance, come to my meditation class. You will be led in guided imagery and affirmation meditation. These are my favourite styles of meditation because they give you the power to change your frame of mind. It will give you the inner resources to return balance and perspective to our daily living.
I'm pursuing my career in accounting and worked as an intern in a property company. The reason I teach sensory meditation is that it is an exploration and life becomes more colourful.
Last year I trekked in Nepal because I like adventure. The highlight of the trip was staying at a monastery teaching monks and doing mantra meditation with them.
I love singing, salsa, Wikipedia and fishing. My classes are one big adventure, prepare to have your senses heightened.
I work as a professional consultant in a Big 4 firm. I like physical challenges such as trekking mountains and I was an officer in the army reserve.
When I was 16 I first discovered tai chi at a local community hall. For years I practiced tai chi because I enjoy the tradition and philosophy behind the sequences. Come to my tai chi classes and let's move as fluid as water.
My interests are performing music, studying law, playing sport, learning languages and travelling. I love meditation because it reminds us to reflect, and gives you the ability to break down the mental barriers that often hold us back and put our problems into perspective with everything occurring in the world around us.
Meditate with me in two different styles. My kirtan meditation classes incorporate music to combine mental focus and creativity. Or pin point your problems and explore them in relation to large scale issues through my insight meditation. My classes allow you to step out of your busy lives and regain perspective.
