Meditation helps to return balance and perspective to our daily living. It helps us to declutter our minds. If you feel your body and soul prompting you to find greater peace and balance, consider my meditation class. You will be led in guided imagery and affirmation meditation. These are my favourite because they give you power to change your frame of mind. It will give you the inner resources to return balance and perspective to our daily living.
